Do not understand why the microwave is put on the floor. The pillows are too soft and the coffee maker is dirty.

Traveling as Couple
Definitely expecting more form 2 1/2 star rating -rooms were very basic, beds were extremely uncomfortable, and you could tell the hotel was older with no attempts at renovations or remodeling. Hallway and front desk area smelled very heavily of smoke even though it is supposed to be smoke free. The thermostat could was floor unit with knob controls, which we could not get the room cool since it kicked off at it's own discretion. The bathroom was so confirmed, you hit your elbows against the wall when attempting to sit on the toilet. The hotel wasn't nearly as clean as I expected. The stairwells and hallways were in special need of attention.
